They are perfect weight bars for gym users of all abilities. Jordan steel bars are extremely high quality with a durable, hardened chrome finish and precision bearings for smooth rotation.

Size options:
- 7ft: Length 2200mm / Diameter 50mm / Grip 32mm / Weight 21.5kg

-6ft: Length 1830mm / Diameter 50mm / Grip 30mm / Weight 16kg.

- 5ft: Length 1530mm / Diameter 50mm / Grip 30mm / Weight 14.5kg.

Jordan weight discs and plates are extremely durable and manufactured with ultra-strong rubber and solid metal making them able to withstand some serious force.

Weights vary between 1.25-25kg, allowing you to push past your limits, by increasing the weight of the bar load little by little. Jordan discs and weight plates are meticulously designed, allowing easy differentiation between weights with either colour coding or raised numbers.
